The estate incorporates an area of 215 ha that was unified and converted its use into development land.
It incorporates the typical landscape patterns of southeastern Romania, including areas with open fields and meadows, forest patches, lakes, and streams.
A substantial part of the land approximately 170ha had been earmarked for the development of photovoltaic parks. The first one of which has been licensed and is currently in construction phase. The second PV park development is scheduled to commence in the 4th quarter of 2024.
The most privileged part of the land that borders Lake Facao to its South boundary is currently available for development into 36 large residential plots, suitable for holiday homes by the lake. Mihailesti Lake development is owned by S.C. Imobiliar Investments S.R.L, the Romanian subsidiary of a Cyprus based and registered company in which Path Property holds the controlling interest.
